收函平安!今年识字比赛将在四月十九日举办，识字比赛是用电脑的PPT文件，各班老师会电邮送给家长，请家长们帮助您的孩子在家使用电脑复习单字、字词。在比赛期间，速度也是非常重要的因素，在两分钟内，孩子们尽可能多识单字、字词，认字的多寡决定比赛优胜。

Dear Parents,
Greetings! Our Chinese school will hold a Spelling Contest on April 19th. All the words and phrases in PPT files will be emailed to you by your child’s teacher. Parents please help your child/children to review the vocabularies with a computer at home. During the competition, speed is also a very important factor. In two minutes, the students want to recognize as many words as they can.
