亲爱的家长们平安，
非常感谢您的孩子来參加ECS中国文化夏令营。我们期待在7月27日夏令营与您的孩子见面，夏令营的时间是7月27日至7月31日，上午8:45至下午4:15，下列是夏令营期间一些重要的須知。
请注意以下事项：
1.每天早上孩子要带上水壶(标记名字)
2.穿旧衣服和运动鞋，因为他们可能会弄脏
3.如果是长头发的话，扎起来
4.请家长在教会正门口接、送孩子
5.请所有工作人员、老师、志工、学生自备午餐，并且不要与他人分享食物
6.为了孩子的安全，教会正门将在每天上午9:00至下午4:00之间锁上，如果您需要在这段时间内进入正门，正门旁有一个门铃，或打电話 (913) 599-4137
随函附上夏令营规则的副本，请在夏令营的第一天提早几分钟带您的孩子和这份表格报到，如果您希望在现场完成这份表格，我们将提供纸本表格。如果您有任何疑问，请务必与我们联系。
所有学生、教师和志工的安全是我们的首要任务，我们期待着一个丰富而有趣的夏令营！
Dear Parents,
Thank you very much for registering your child/children to the ECS Chinese Culture Summer Camp. We are excited to meet all the children in the camp which runs from July 27th to July 31st. The camp hours are from 8:15am to 4:15pm.
Please pay attention to the following items:
1. Bring a water bottle or canteen, labeled with the child’s name on it, every morning
2. Wear old clothes and sneakers as they may get stained
3. Tie up hair if it is long
4. Parents please pick up and drop off your child/children at the church’s main entrance
5. Bring bring’s own lunch and DO NOT share food with others
6. For the security reasons, the main entrance will be closed between 9:00am and 4:00pm during the camp. If you need to enter the main entrance during this period of time, there is a door bell by the front door or call at (913) 599-4137.
Attached is a copy of the camp rules. Please complete the form and bring it a few minutes earlier on Monday to check in your children. We will provide hard copies of this form if you prefer to complete it on site. If you have any questions, please make sure to contact us.
We want you to know that the safety of all students, teachers and staff is our top priority. We are looking forward to a rich and fun filled summer camp!
